AZAD is a community that cherishes American Sign Language (ASL) and diversity. This includes everyone: deaf, late deafened, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, and hearing.

Unity is essential in our community. We stick by each other on principles or causes important to us. We also work hand in hand to make the world a better place for the deaf community.

Become part of the AZAD family, together we embrace our community.

The mission of the Arizona Association of the Deaf is to preserve, protect and promote the civil, human and linguistic rights of deaf, deaf blind and hard of hearing individuals in Arizona.

This organization is affiliated with the National Association of the Deaf, Inc. The mission of the NAD is to preserve, protect, and promote the civil, human and linguistic rights of deaf and hard of hearing people in the United States of America.
